Lawn

• Dylox can be applied if any grub issues remain. (It is also good for ticks.)
• Bermuda & St. Augustine:
  St. Augustine sod can be installed, also Bermuda sod and seed can be planted.
  Increase water, to 2-3x per week.
  A total of 1 inch per week should be applied.
• Fescue:
  Water fescue 4-5x per week.
  A total of 1.5 inches per week should be applied
  Raise mower to 3.5-4 inches tall.

Flowers

• Tip prune and flowers that appear leggy.
• Dead head blooms that are spent
• Use water soluble fertilizer on pots plants on a weekly basis.
• Use organic fertilizers like Fox Farm on a monthly basis on in ground flowers.

Garden

• Fall veggies, like broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower are planted now.
• Use organic fertilizers like Fox Farm on a monthly basis.
• Inspect your dogs and cats for ticks and fleas.
