Lawn

• Spray nutsedge now thru the summer with SedgeHammer.
• Dylox can be applied if any grub issues remain. (It is also good for ticks)
• Bermuda & St. Augustine:
  Fertilize with LCV slow release fertilizer or Ferti-lome Green Maker.
  St. Augustine sod can be planted now, also Bermuda sod and seed can be planted.
  Increase water, to 2-3x per week.
• Fescue:
  Use Iron-x to maintain green grass, without the risk of burning due to the heat.
  Increase water to 3-4x per week.
  Raise mower to 3.5-4 inches tall.

Trees & Plants

• Spray Pecan trees for case borers and insects.

Flowers

• Tip prune and flowers that appear leggy.
• Dead head blooms that are spent.
• Use water soluble fertilizer on pots plants on a weekly basis.

Garden

• Do a monthly feeding with organic fertilizers like Fox Farm.
• Kill grass in flower beds with Hi Yield Grass Killer. (Check label for tolerant plants.)
• Inspect your dogs and cats for ticks and fleas.
