Lawn

• Bermuda & St. Augustine:
  Apply Winterizer to Bermuda and very critical to use on St. Augustine.
  Use Dimension to control and prevent winter weeds.
  St. Augustine sod and Bermuda sod can still be installed.
  Increase water, to 2-3x per week. A total of 1 inch per week should be applied.
• Fescue:
  Apply a quick release fertilizer to encourage fescue to grow.
  Water fescue 4-5x per week. A total of 1.5 inches per week should be applied.
  Raise mower to 3.5-4 inches tall.

Trees & Plants

• This is one of the best time of the year for planting shrubs and especially trees
• Buy trees and plant now!

Flowers

• The season is here for Mums.
• Spring and summer flowering bulbs and perennials can be divided.
• Buy your spring flowering bulbs now so you can chill and plant after November.
• Remove any flowers that are spent.

Garden

• Fall crops can be planted of root crops and cool weather leafy plants.
• Use organic fertilizers like Fox Farm on a monthly basis.
